- Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 working days
- Other districts: 2–5 working days
- Remote areas: May take up to 7 working days
We use trusted local courier partners to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.

- Flat Rate: LKR 500 (islandwide)
- Free Delivery on orders above LKR 8,000

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We’ll arrange a return or exchange based on the issue.

- Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your bank/mobile wallet after product return verification.
